Each member should contribute one peck of grain, half-a-pint of oil, and two catties of flour. This circular sets a limit of the night of the twenty-eighth of this month for delivering in full these items to the Chairman’s home. As usual, the last two to come will each be fined a cup of wine. Those who fail to come altogether will be fined half a jar of wine. Pass the circular on immediately, urging each other not to delay it. He who delays the circular will be penalized in accordance with the rules. When the circular has gone full circle, it should be brought back to the originating office for certification and announcement of penalties.
