This passage is clearly a portion of another copy, or version, of the long document
No. 19 above. Though it is for the most part too fragmentary for a connected
rendering, the general sense is evident. It prays that in virtue of the action of
the prince (lha sras) Khri Gtsug
lde brtsan the Saṃgha s of both sexes and all
creatures may enjoy happiness and unlimited life; that the prince himself, free from
sickness, exalted in dominion, rid of all opposition and so forth, may attain to
Buddhahood in his present life; that all those under his sway may have long life and
freedom from disease; and that "innumerable living beings and all
throughout the realm of Tibet, in complete felicity and happiness, free from
disease in man and beast, may be perpetually prosperous in the produce of the
year."
